To complete real-name authentication and prevent identity fraud, we will collect identity verification document information (including Aadhaar card and PAN card) with your authorization. This information is only used for legitimate identity verification and compliance checks and will not be used for any unrelated purposes.
We will collect financial data related to your credit status, including bank account information, income information, and credit reports and scores from authorized credit bureaus (such as CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, etc.), for comprehensive credit scoring, risk control, and personalized financial product recommendations.
To ensure system security and optimize user experience, we collect your device model, operating system version, Android ID, IP address, and other device identification information. This data helps us assess device security, improve application compatibility, and provide a more accurate service experience.
With your explicit authorization, we will obtain your approximate location information (GPS or network location data) for risk management, regional credit analysis, and personalized service recommendations. You can disable or withdraw this authorization at any time in system settings.
To facilitate the uploading of necessary documents such as identity verification and financial documents, we will access related images when you actively select to upload files. The system will not access your photo album or files without authorization. We may obtain your social media account information (such as WhatsApp, email, phone number, etc.) with your consent to verify account activity and send you notifications or service updates.
When you use the credit assessment or related features, we need your authorization to access some contact information in your address book to assist in social connection analysis and risk identification. Please note: We will not automatically read your entire address book; we will only obtain this data when you actively select contacts. When using voice verification code login or authentication functions, we may access specified call log information, including phone number, call duration, and caller ID, solely for identity verification and credit assessment. To identify device risks and prevent fraud, we may access basic information about some installed apps on your device, such as app name, package name, and installation time, after your authorization. We do not collect any app content or account data, and the information obtained will be encrypted, stored, and strictly protected. To achieve verification code sending, account security notifications, and push notifications, we may provide trusted SMS service providers or cloud communication platforms with your mobile phone number and encrypted authentication code, etc., as the minimum necessary data.
In the identity authentication process, we may share your ID card photo or video information with real-name authentication and recognition algorithm providers for liveness detection, OCR recognition, and compliance verification. All data is encrypted during transmission and storage and is used only for identity verification purposes.

If we discover that a minor has used the service or submitted information without parental/guardian consent, we will immediately delete the relevant data and cease providing the service.

After you submit your request, we will review it within 2 business days. Once approved, you will need to confirm the deletion of your account information again. After account deletion, you will not be able to recover your history or credit score.
